Yigal Adato: 00:03 Hey everyone, my name is Yigal Adato and this is the Pawn Leaders Podcast, the podcast to help you make more money, stress less, and live an epic life, all while working at the pawn shop.

Yigal Adato: 00:22 Hey Pawn Family, welcome to this week's five minute Friday. Today I want to talk about extreme clarity and what that means to you and your success both professionally and personally. You know, every week in the pawn leaders mastermind, we set goals and we hold each other accountable for these goals. They're both, you know, in the business world as well as in life. And the biggest thing that we always have issues with is clarity. And what I mean by that is extreme clarity. So what is extreme clarity? Extreme clarity is knowing exactly what you want so that you can find a way to get there. And let me give you an example. A lot of people say, Hey, I want more pawns. Hey, I want more sales, or I want to find more employees. That's not clear enough.

Yigal Adato: 01:11 See, clarity stems from giving the detail that's necessary to get to where you want to go. If you want to do more pawns, how many more do you want to do this week? In a month, in 90 days, in a year? What about sales? How many more? How much more sales do you want? Do you want 10,000 more, 20,000 more, 15% more. See life we forget to have extreme clarity and then we get upset when we get, when we don't achieve our goals, when things don't happen the way we want them to happen, I want to lose more weight. What does that mean? What does that look like? What will success look like? Once you lose more weight? It's much easier to say, I want to lose 15 pounds and then weigh yourself on a weekly basis and know if you're getting there or not. But if you don't say that, then you'll just continue feeling like a failure.

Yigal Adato: 02:15 And there's also a reason why we don't give extreme clarity because when we don't give clarity, that means that we can allow ourselves to fail. And I'll say that again. When we don't give ourselves clarity, we can allow ourselves to fail. And a good example of this is, hey, you know I want to eat healthier. Well, does that mean that could sneak in a doughnut once in a while? But if you say I'm not going to eat carbs for the next 30 days, that means no carbohydrates. If you say that I want to go on a date night with my wife every Thursday as opposed to I want to go on some more date nights, you might see at the end of the month, hey, I went on one that's more than I've before. But that's not how we achieve our goals.

Yigal Adato: 03:04 You see having clarity in your business will allow you to achieve more success. Knowing your numbers, knowing what you're doing, knowing exactly where you are today and where you want to go. Having more clarity in your relationship will allow you to have a more passionate marriage and having more clarity in your life will allow you to accomplish goals that you've always wanted to accomplish. May it be weight loss, may be going out in, camping more or shooting more or, or just spending more time with your family. So I challenge you. My challenge to you is to write down what you want in an extreme clarity that you've never done before. Write down exactly how many more pawns you want, how many more employees you want to hire, how many more sales you want to have to the number to, the percentage to the T. Write down how much more, what you want to lose, what you want to do to change your, your diet. Or if you want to go on more vacations, write down how many more and where those will be. Write down exactly what do you want your relationship to be and what that looks like. How many date nights, how much sex you'd like to have. That's important. Let's not kid ourselves. Leadership isn't just about, you know, leaving a business. It's about having a passionate relationship, having an incredible sex life, having an epic life, like I say in the beginning of every single episode. So I challenge you. Take a moment, don't do this in the car obviously, but when you get home, write down what you want and there's no wrong answer. There's no where should I be… It's not, where should I be according to my demographic and the amount of people I have in my area. It's not, this is what other relationships around me look like.

Yigal Adato: 05:02 It's not about that. It's not what other family members and friends, uh, how their bodies feel and look like. It's what do you want? Because if first school to achieve a leadership is extreme clarity, not just clarity, extreme clarity. And guess what? The team that you're leading, that's exactly what they want. Extreme clarity. And it bring this up, and I've said this so many times on different podcasts, but this came up in the pawn leaders mastermind this week. And I want you to live a life, an epic life, will you make more and you stressless but it will not start. It will not go anywhere unless you practice extreme clarity, the clarity to know exactly where you're going. So we can make a plan to get you there. And with that I'll leave you remember to jump into the pawn leaders podcast community on Facebook. And let's have a conversation. If you have questions about this episode, let me know.
