One of the most important aspects to running a successful pawn shop is hiring great employees, which can be hard! So, before looking for team members who can work with you in growing your pawn business and serving your community, lay the groundwork for an EPIC team culture first. What does it look like? 

 

 

Here are a few sample statements you can use. Get the suggestions of your current team members and create your own that fits your pawn business goals, mission, and vision.
